“I came into contact with Spencer via a Facebook page for people new to Jacksonville, FL. She answered someone's questions regarding areas of the city and low key mentioned she's a Realtor and has more information on her professional page. She didn't push, she didn't hijack the conversation.
Now to my interaction with her. I contacted her, as she specializes in out-of-state buyers, but she serves anyone anywhere. She is polite, professional, relatable, tenacious, and fair. My first time buying a home, and it was in Florida while I was still living in Minnesota. She was so helpful. She toured the homes for me, took videos on her walk through, answered all my questions and if she didn't have the answer, she got it for me. I had hiccups along the way with 2 deals not going through due to inspections. This was disheartening to me, but she kept me going, staying positive and helped me navigate a stressful time.
All said and done, I got a brand new house, new construction, new neighborhood, great deal, and I'm happy to say I couldn't have done it without her.
